A Family Legacy
Triple R Business Consulting is built on a rich family heritage in the logistics and transport industry. Neil’s great-grandfather, grandfather (Theo, pictured), and father worked in coal haulage and road transport, starting from humble beginnings. This multi-generational experience has embedded logistics deeply into the family’s roots, creating a natural passion and understanding of the industry.
Early Career
Neil’s professional journey began after graduating from university at the age of 21, when he joined a graduate program with a leading 3PL. This program laid the groundwork for his extensive career in logistics and supply chain management. Over the years, Neil took on roles such as Transport Manager and Warehouse Manager, gaining hands-on experience in the operational and strategic aspects of the industry.
International Experience
Expanding his career globally, Neil worked in Solutions Design across the Middle East and North Africa. This role allowed him to tackle diverse logistics challenges in international markets, enhancing his ability to design innovative, tailored solutions for clients with unique needs.
Leadership Roles
Neil further developed his expertise through leadership positions with renowned organisations, including Nissan and McLaren, where he served as Logistics Manager. These roles offered the opportunity to manage and optimise complex supply chain operations, working with cutting-edge processes and technologies. His time in these positions solidified his reputation for delivering results in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Transition to Consultancy
With years of industry expertise and a passion for problem-solving, Neil established Triple R Business Consulting. Leveraging his family heritage, professional experience, and global exposure, Neil now delivers bespoke supply chain and logistics solutions to clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and logistics sectors. His consultancy focuses on optimising operations, increasing productivity, and driving cost-effective results for businesses across the UK and Europe.
