As a Senior Leader in Logistics, Neil has worked worldwide including in Austere environments.
He has experience as a Diving Professional, Instructor and Search and Rescue Water Team Commander and Swift Water Rescue Boat Helm. Neil is a FREC3 Medic and is IOSH certified.

Stuart is our Medical and Rescue Lead. Having worked as front-line paramedic for a number of years.
Combined with his experience in water rescue, kayaking, confined space and rope access he is a key member of the Leadership Team and a valuable asset to Triple R.

Andrew Maher
Andrew is one of our Instructors who served in the British Army for 7 years as a Jr. Non-Commissioned Officer.
He has served on tours of Afghanistan, Kenya, Cyprus, and the US. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in Close Protection, Security, and search and rescue. He is qualified as an advanced Medic (FREC4) and Water Team Commander.
