As a Senior Leader in Logistics, Neil has worked worldwide, including in Austere environments worldwide. 

He has experience as a Diving Professional, Instructor, Search and Rescue Water Team Commander, and Swift Water Rescue Boat Helm. Neil is a FREC3 Medic, Level 3 Teaching Certified, and is IOSH certified.

Andrew is our Operations Manager who served in the British Army for 7 years as a Non-Commissioned Officer. 

He has served on tours of Afghanistan, Kenya, Cyprus, and the US. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in Close Protection, Security, and search and rescue. He is qualified as an advanced Medic (FREC4), Qualsafe Instructor and Water Team Commander.

Stuart is our Medical and Rescue Lead. Having worked as a front-line and event paramedic for several years. 

Stuart is certified and experienced in water rescue, kayaking, confined space, and rope access.
